About the event
Welcome to Langa High School, Cape Town's oldest township high school!
Our motto translated from Latin, "Luceat Lux Vestra", means "Let Your Light Shine". It is from the firm belief that each learner who enrols at our school already has this light within them. Through the dedication of our staff, we endeavour to provide quality education and cultural experience that allows this light to shine.
We do this by ensuring our learners excel academically and using sports arts and culture in collaboration with stakeholders such as DCAS and various sports clubs to provide an enriching holistic development for our learners who will, in turn, use our school as a launch pad to productive citizenry.
